- Rhythmic Relations 2006 - Can you feel it!
-
We're proud to announce our concert collaboration with TAIKOPROJECT, Bombu Taiko, and Kitsune Taiko in "Rhythmic Relations 2006" at the Ford Amphitheatre on July 8th.
Rhythmic Relations 2006 presents performances by an extended family of affiliated Los Angeles-based groups, who have supported one another's respective endeavors as well as shared the stage in community performances such as at obon, hanamatsuri, and cherry blossom festivals. The different approaches of these four groups represent the range that currently characterizes American taiko: Buddhist-temple-based community groups, children's groups, collegiate groups, and professional performing groups.
The Higashi family have supported us so much these past two years and we are proud to be performing with the whole family on stage.
Reserved Seating: $35, $30
Students & Children under 12: $12
Call the Ford Amphitheatre Box Office at (323) 461-3673
or visit Tickets.com online. For detailed information including the official press release, please go to the official Rhythmic Relations 2006 site.
Also stay tuned for more information about our upcoming Spring Concert on June 3rd!

- Yukai Daiko Website Launched
-
Welcome to Yukai Daiko’s Website. Some of us have finally been able to use the time from our Winter Break to settle down and learn CSS and relearn their JavaScript. It was a good and productive vacation. So.......yeahhhhhhhhhhh! for Yukai Daiko’s new website!
It's amazing how much the group has grown over the course of just one year. This is our second year as an official taiko group and already we have met so many wonderful people within the taiko community. It’s truly amazing to see how the community have encouraged and supported us. We hope to learn and grow even more this year so we’re able to share the love of taiko to even more people.
Please feel free to browse our website and of course constructive feedback is definitely appreciated. And please keep on going back to the site for Yukai updates.
